Joomla has release a new update that addresses, among others, a critical security vulnerability affecting all version running Joomla 3.2 and above. If left unpatched, your sites will be opened to attacks that can let attackers gain access to your site's back-end and ultimately your entire site.
If you have sites running Joomla 3.2 and above, you should update immediately.
