In addition to the Ticket Support system, clients now can ask for support with the following methods:
  1. Live Chat: Visit our new website and click on the Live Chat link at the top left or click on the chat bubble at the bottom right. If the bubble shows a dialog box, that means that we are online. If it shows an envelope, you can leave a message.
  2. Facebook: Like our Facebook page and then send us a message or post a question to our wall. It will be received by our support team and a ticket will be opened automatically.
  3. Twitter: Follow us on Twitter and send us a message or tweet us. A ticket will be created automatically.
